The Phoenician Hotel is a premier resort destination in Scottsdale, AZ. With its exceptionally envisioned hotel guestrooms and suites, this luxury collection resort offers distinctive accommodation and a variety of dining options. In addition, the hotel has a one-of-a-kind spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a golf course. The Phoenician Hotel offers a distinctive and serene environment for meetings and weddings.

RBT Electric was subcontracted by PWI Construction, Inc. to provide electrical work services required for the Phoenician Hotel Guestrooms & Corridor Renovation Project. As the electrical subcontractor, we were required to reengineer the electrical system for the hotel. This renovation work was aimed at boosting the image, competitiveness, and energy efficiency of the hotel.

As the electrical subcontractor, RBT Electric remodeled and built a fully integrated electrical system for the more than 600 units of the hotel. With over 600 rooms to renovate and hundreds of fixtures to install, RBT Electric deployed a team of 60 electricians to complete this project.

As the team responsible for giving the electrical system for the hotel a new appearance, RBT Electric installed new lighting system and power outlets. As part of upgrading the lighting system, we installed surface lighting fixtures, recessed lighting fixtures, and surface mount lighting in various sections of the hotel. RBT Electric also supplied power to special systems including fire alarm, telephone, and security system.

We completed the electrical work of the Phoenician Hotel Guestrooms & Corridor Renovation Project in time and in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
