The Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa offers excellent services and premium amenities. The hotel features a two-story fitness center, resort-style pools, and a luxurious spa. With nearly 45,000 square feet of space, the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa offers impressive outdoor venues and elegant event space and is ideal for conferences, weddings, et cetera.

RBT Electric was subcontracted by PWI Construction, Inc. to provide electrical services for the Marriot Resort and Spa Project. The scope of work for this project included remodeling the electrical system for 300 rooms, suites, and villas. To complete this work within three months as required in the contract, we deployed a team 30 electricians working in shifts.

For this project, RBT Electric was required to upgrade the lighting system and electrical power outlets in all suites, villas, and rooms. As part of upgrading the lighting system, we installed decorative light fixtures, recessed downlights, and wall sconces in various sections of the hotel as specified in the plans.

As the electrical subcontractor, RBT Electric was required to upgrade TV and data outlets in various sections of the hotel. We also upgraded thermostats and smoke detectors in various locations as specified in the plans.  In addition, we upgraded night light switches, hearing impaired devices, and other electrical circuits as was required in the contract.

RBT Electric completed the electrical work of the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa Project in time and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
